Review of Ghost in the Shell (2017) by Raymond C — 08 Apr 2017

As a supplement to the original shows and movies, it's actually rather good. By itself, it doesn't quite hold itself together. However, as a fan of anime, I was pleasantly surprised by how much like anime it is - shot composition, quiet moments, great cinematography.

I think people were maybe expecting a bit too much from it. It's not great, but I'm glad I saw it.
