Review of Ghost in the Shell (2017) by Wren C — 15 Apr 2017
A rather decent attempt at an adaptation of the 2001 Manga hit, although lacking in a more authentic exploration of character, and focusing mainly on the action and basic plot, the overall theme is one of interest to most audiences, without that special flair one associates with Oscar winning performances though, not to mention the well crafted CGI, with most scenes based off a real body, rather than entire action scene made without needing any camerawork.
