Review of Ghost in the Shell (2017) by Arkl1Te — 21 Apr 2017
The music was great, the visuals were amazing, even Scarlett Johanson from the visual perspective. The rest is **** The writting is **** characters and their scripts are a complete disaster (it felt like the scriptwritter took some random words from the original script and mashed up into an incomplete sentence, leading sometimes into some non-sensical suspense which leads to nothing important afterwards). From the first hour I just wanted to leave, but I held my back hoping the story were raising its quality as time passes... but no, not worth it.
As always, when there's money to make original creations into a new movie, they have all the tools for the visuals, sounds and music, but no brain for a good story, scripting and direction...
