Review of Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (2004) by Stevenson F — 26 Oct 2007
WHAT DID I TELL YOU?!? I told you to avoid the sequel! Damn it! Now you've sat through a film that, hands down, tries too goddamn hard. There are, literally, entire scenes that are just characters quoting philosophers at each other.
A mundane plot and poor directorial direction moves a film along that made me hate each and every individual frame. Or, maybe, the first one was just that good.
