Review of Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (2004) by Carl W — 09 May 2008
Great atmosphere and ambience to the film, also without doubt one of the most accomplished examples of animation I have seen. There is a lot of dialogue and a large part of the film focuses on this and it is on the whole quite deep and philosophical, if somehwat cumbersome.
Unfortuantly the action that is on display doesnt quite match up to proeedings so we are left with a good animation rather then a great one.
