Review of Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (2004) by Alex K — 22 Jul 2008
Beautiful and expertely animated, but the story was too wierd and convoluted for me to follow. Maybe if the characters spent less time quoting philosophers and more time talking about what was actually going on, I might have had an idea of what the story was about.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good film, but it's really only good for its animation.
