Review of Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999) by Jorge N — 24 Jul 2008
Wonderful!
Forest Whitaker has never been so charming and so bad ass at the same time, is interesting the way Jarmusch made this killer someone so cute that you are always on his side and you could fall in love with.
The mix of cultures is made in a particular way that works perfectly for this story.
Maybe for some people quite slow, but when you already are into the story you can't blink for a sec.
