Review of Ghanchakkar (2013) by Jay D — 15 Jul 2014

I don't know why critics & audience both trashed Raj Kumar Gupta's Ghanchakkar?. Have to say, it is enjoyable. There are very few Indian films which have such kind of absurdness & dark feel.

I don't know how it feels to be an amnesiac but Emraan Hashmi was simply awesome in his role of amnesiac thief. Yeah... it gets pretty boring in second half but there are very few Indian films that starts with a cute animation sequence & ends with extremely violent train scene.

Also it has one of the most hilarious bank robberies ever.
