Review of Ghajini (2005) by Aayush C — 30 Dec 2008
Ghajini is a complete entertainment. Aamir Khan has proved that he is much ahead the other Khans of Bollywood. Aamir doesn't have too many dialogues in the movie. That is where his acting skills get tested. Performances by newcomer Asin and Jiah Khan have also been good enough. The negative character of Ghajini is also great.
Direction, editing and dialogues are all fine. Stunts are great but are unrealistic. What else would you expect from a movie that is a remake of a South Indian movie - some good action.
Mr. Bhandarkar has spoiled us with realistic cinema. Otherwise as an entertainer, Ghajini rocks! Even the comedy in the movie is good enough. Music from AR Rehmaan is as usual amazing.
A must watch!
