Review of Gettysburg (1993) by Kenneth G — 19 Feb 2008
It's hero worship, and heartbreak. Everytime I watch this movie it's like driving towards the inevitible cliff because North or South you get attatched to the characters. You emotionally connect to them, and you have an outsider's view on how the situation looks (with 150 years of hindsight).
Simply amazing.
