Review of Get the Gringo (2012) by Michael V — 25 May 2012
"Mel Gibson is back and better than ever as he plays a former U.S. Army Sniper who gets caught stealing money in clown suit at the border Mexico and goes to a crazy, messed-up Mexican jail-ish. Daniel Jimenez Cacho (Rodrigo from The Sitter) stretches out some of his acting skills, does pretty good.
Get The Gringo is a good, ol' Mexican-prison action comedy flick. I love Prison movies and this one is no different. I've always likes Mel Gibson as an actor, he's very good at being funny and serious at the same time despite his personal issues and getting up there in age, he always seems to be on point & fresh whenever he's on-screen.
He still got it.".
