Review of Get the Gringo (2012) by Jared C — 10 Nov 2012

Mel Gibson will surprise anyone who now sees him only as a wife berating, anti Semitic crazy a*s. He may be one or some of those things, but he's also a killer actor who pulls off this action movie well. Gibson wrote the screenplay and co produced Get the Gringo. The kid was also great in this. The jail/city Gibson lives at for awhile seemed legitimate... Possibly filmed in TJ.? Sick action scenes... Slow Mo bullets in the head if you appreciate realistic violence like I do.

I highly recommend this one, like I said I was surprised I liked it. Maybe one or two slow parts, but they were brief. We were in to this one from the beginning car chase / border jump scene.
