I would give this movie an 8. I am a fan of the original, and of Steve Carell, and now certainly of Anne Hathaway. There were a lot of nice nods to the 60's series that never went over board or tried to be too obvious.
I completely forgot about Agent 13 and the cameo was wonderful. What amazes me is that the "professional critics" rated this 1 point lower than "You Don't Mess With The Zohan" which I would rate about a 25.
If you had to choose between the two, choose Get Smart.
