John Travolta as a mobster loan shark trying to make it big as a movie producer in Hollywood. Everything's all so cool and slick here. In fact the movie gets so caught up in being cool and slick that it eventually forgets it needs to be going somewhere with this. But if it's wheel spinning, it's certainly diverting wheel spinning.
