Actually, after the first few viewings I found Get Shorty to be just a bit above average, a regular entertaining movie. But now after several viewings, I have actually come into conclusion that it sure is a solid one.
A really strong cast (some actors also carrying out roles which are not typical for them), a great story and a solid directing are the cornerstones also in this one. John Travolta is just cool and slick, proving that the comeback in Pulp Fiction wasn't just a one-time success.
Highly entertaining and highly recommendable.
