Get Rich or Die Trying, a perfect title that fits the movie exactly. But just like every rapper bio movie, there are somethings that aren't always true. Watching the movie straight through without any kind of research, at first glance it seemed pretty good.

But once you researched whether or not the movie was factual or not is another story. In the movie it states that Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson got shot nine times, but in reality he got shot three times.

Another put off in this movie was the romance, not the mother son bond between Curtis and his mother. The romance between Curtis and his girlfriend was a bit much. The title, Get Rich or Die Trying fits perfectly because he came from a broken family and his mother had died when he was eight years old.

But he never gave up and kept trying until he became rich. Rich in a sense of not money, but in a sense of life. The movie as a whole was okay, not great but still a good movie to see.
