Review of Get Out (2017) by Nymphadora W — 13 Jan 2018

It's fresh and interesting to see American racism through the eyes of a dark skinned person. Very clever and interesting script as far as that aspect is concerned. The thriller/horror part was not as effective though, 40 minutes into the movie and I knew what was going on, but Allison's acting kept me hooked.

I could guess all the three possible ways it could end and the way it did was satisfying. So it was a horror movie which couldn't hold it's suspense for me but still I'd like to watch it again because it's so much more than horror.
