Undeniable Mr Brown. the music is as stunning as ever and I love that the filmmakers used James Brown's music versus a lame recreation, that more than anything to me makes this worthy. Chadwick does a great job.
fully committed. a lot of great acting here. the directing loses momentum for bits but again, the music is undeniable and a total reminder of the unique force that was the Godfather of Soul. a lesson to those who want to be creators of anything,: be amazing at what you do, train super hard, make it funky, be musical and be the show AND the business.
