Russell Brand reprises his role as Aldous Snow, a rock star seen in Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Jonah Hill is Aaron, who is assigned the task of getting the much stoned and flighty Aldous Snow from London to LA for a performance.
Along the way are a series of misadventures including the usual debauchery. Not quite as funny as anticipated and the film unfortunately does fall into that staying an idealist cliche, but Brand is always entertaining as the daring and unpredictable rock star.
