Funny parts and moments, but not in a continuous pace. I had to wait for the next funny scene and then another 5-10 minutes to get to the next scene. It's like that the whole movie. It could have been better, but its an enjoyable movie to watch.
Russell Brand plays the same character from the movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall, but it seems that this movie (although was made two years after FSM) was a prequel.
