Review of Gerry (2002) by Suzy L — 17 Jun 2007
As usual, Van Sant's depiction of human relations, mixed with stunning cinematography, has blown me away. Another thing about Van Sant's films is that the score is perfect. My only complaint is that, even though I know it's his signature and his style, but I found the scenes without dialogue lasted a little too long.
I usually don't mind this, but the ones in this one just kinda were too much for me. But still a fantastic film =D.
