Review of Geronimo: An American Legend (1993) by Jonathan Y — 05 May 2007
Walter Hill takes another stab at the western in this fitfully powerful story about Apache leader Geronimo. The pacing is somewhat lax, but Wes Studi makes for a compelling lead, and Hill's movie ultimately refuses to provide a clear-cut conflict between good guys and bad guys.
.. which is probably why it didn't do so well at the box office.
