A Roland Emmerich disaster movie knockoff with all the cliches I've seen hundreds of times before AND some pretty bad CGI on top of that. The plot is something out of one of the lesser 007 movies, but instead of an evil mastermind in some secret lair it's someone in a high position in the US government(which was blatantly predictable).
Very big MEH.
