For those who get it, Geostorm is a lot of fun. The movie technology and plot are tongue-in-cheek. The technology massively overbuilt . A space shuttle launches (like a rental car) with only one passenger on board.
Gerard Butler plays the geeky anti-hero, intentionally past his prime. A recommended break for those tired of taking everything so seriously.
