I really don't understand why this film didn't receive better ratings. Perhaps people looking for a drama don't pick it up because of Lohan's participation. However, it's incredibly well done.
This film speaks to a universal truth that it's important for us to know the truth in order to love. Each character is their own distinct person with a strong back-story and complicated life, simplified only by finding the shreds of truth woven into their lives.
