After seeing how nuanced and clever he can play under Sturges, its kind of a shame to see Charles Coburn playing a buffoon here. This nitpick aside the film is great. Very sexy and rock solid musical numbers.
Monroe plays the best and most up-front gold-digger in film history. And check out Jane Russell and her tremendous...talents.
