Probably my favorite Marilyn Monroe picture!!! Marilyn was funny, cute, sexy, silly, pretty and just plain DELICIOUS in this picture. I also love Jane Russell's stiff dancing next to Marilyn. It makes me laugh even though I'm sure it's not supposed to. I love those male dancers wearing nothing but flesh colored bathing suits in the background of JR's song "Anyone for Love." I doubt any of those guys were interested in her other than wearing her costumes:).
Marilyn has so many great comic moments in this picture!!! In particular two of my favorite comic scenes are when Marilyn gets stuck in the porthole window and the little boy helps her pretend she is just "hanging out." Also, Marilyn's entrance into the room on the ship were she will not stop bouncing on the bed when she sits on it!!! OMG - me & my sister Kath laugh our asses off at that part!!!
