Review of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953) by Scott G — 08 Jul 2011
Two icons team up in Jane russell and Marilyn monroe, teaming up with a legendery director in Howard hawks, and as im fully aware its a product of its time, everything seems present, its by no means a classic to me, and I have seen many monroe films of this type.
Jane russell is possibly the best thing in this anmd Monroe does what she does, some screwball comedy thrown in also. its enjoyable enough and works in lots of wayds, its just something missing. check it out.
