It's not very good. It is exactly the same type of humor as Napoleon Dynamite, but sadly, it just never works here.
Although, it may be worth watching just for Sam Rockwell because all of his on-screen time is great, though it's very sparse, thus I bumped this mess up a star. (There's more Rockwell after the credits, so keep watching.).
