Awesome documentary about bodybuilding. The movie does a good job showing the new generation of bodybuilders and there trials and tribulations to reach their ultimate goals. Only complaint was Mickey Rourke as the narrator.
His raspy voice coupled with his poor pronunciation results in poor narration.
