Entertaining and essentially got most of the history correct regarding equal pay for women in pro sports. Anyone born after 1970 has no idea how much women were second-class citizens prior to those barriers being broken.
By the way, Bobby Riggs and bjk became very close friends until his death in 1995. For a good complementary work, see the PBS American masters episode on bjk which premiered in 2013. Overall, the Battle of the Sexes is well done and based on true events, which always seemed to Inspire cast and crew to higher levels, especially for this historic material.
