Anyone that knows me well knows that I love a good murder mystery. As much as I love movies in this genre, I found "Gemini" to be a weak entry. I think the movie has a really visually appealing style and I thought the movie built up a fairly eerie atmosphere.
However, I found myself bored out of my mind watching this thing. For such a short movie, it felt like a major drag. I also thought the performances in the movie were not particularly convincing or memorable.
There's arguably some payoff in the third act, but as a whole, the journey getting there didn't seem very worth it. .
