This genre is not for everyone, but for those who DO get into this sort of thing, this is an awesome movie. The genre is classic action, and more specifically this is a SOUTHERN film. It stars Burt Reynolds and Jerry Reed, just as Smokey and the Bandit would do the following year.
If you like Burt Reynolds and/or Jerry Reed, and if you like classic action, this will be a favorite.
