Review of Gasland (2010) by Lucas D — 22 Feb 2011
Gasland is the movie that would've been made about the people affected by P&G if Erin Brokovich hadn't stepped in; and in a way, Josh Fox is the Erin of 2010, but lacking any of the verve Julia Roberts delivered.
Instead, he mumbles his way through the movie and to great effect; this is a striking documentary that transcends its specificity as an effective pro-regulation film. Very well made. 8/10.
