CGI Garfield looks horribly fake which is confusing when the rest of the world is normal. This rarely works. The acting is horrible (with the tiny exception for Bill Murray, of course). The story is silly and bland.
This could pass as a movie strictly for kids but then a good movie passes with any audience, thus it's not very good. Why on earth didn't they just make another cartoon?
