Review of Garden Party (2008) by Noe — 12 Mar 2009
Much like Crash, but without the blunt hammer of "racism is ubiquitous", Garden Party reminded me more of my experiences in San Francisco and NY than Hollywood. The strongest characters turning out to be April (how do you act enthralling? see here) and Joey Zane (an older Van Wilder look and act-alike).
I hope to see them and their characters again in more mainstream roles.
