Gangster Squad has to be one of the best new mobster movies that has come out of Hollywood.

For my aussie friends Gangster Squad is the equivalent to our Underbelly series.

Hollywood pulls no punches and shows true grit in this movie.

Sean Penn Plays his role to a cold heartless perfection and does not give a crap who is in the firing line.

Kills everyone in the way.

Josh Brolin brings the Yang to Sean Penn's Ying. THey match each other to a tee.

Through this movie I had its theme music playing in the background had to be Michael Jackson "Smooth Criminal".

It was an epic smooth criminal 50's gangster movie that you could not take your eyes away from the screen till the very end.

I recommend this to anyone that likes gangster movies and for the aussie audience if as I said you like Underbelly this is for you.

On top of being based on a true story it had a great story and action to boot.

Seeing how this is based on true stories I wonder if this could be the beginning of the FBI or Secret Service or organisations of that nature? Who Knows??

All in all it is a great ass kicking action flick.

Not suitable for the kiddies.

The ladies may find it a tad brutal.

But totally recommend this movie.
