Someone once described this movie to me as the poor man's Untouchables. This may be true but I actually had a pretty good time with this one. Is it one of the great films of our era, no. Is it fun in with it's outrageous gun fights and camp, yes.
There are plenty out there who will dislike this film but I say give it a watch if it's on tv or netflix at the very least.
