Review of Gangster Squad (2013) by Alex S — 29 May 2015
This was better than I had previously heard. I'm a fan of Josh Brolin & he did a good job leading this cast. No surprise, Sean Penn did a great job as well as Mickey Cohen. There were some hoaky action scenes here & there but those can be overlooked I think due to the good performances.
Overall, I think this is worth a rental.
