Always admire Kashyap's ability to juxtapose the reprehensible with the beautiful. A wonderful cast of underutilized actors in Bollywood is put to great use here, with a tight screenplay. Kashyap has re-established himself as a true visionary, but as all his films do, this one also left me a bit cold.
His films are more intellect than heart, I think, but a must-watch (the second best film of the year, after Shanghai).
