A pretty bad movie from a pretty good director. the only reason it has a four is because Daniel day lewis' performance is fantastic but the movie lacks any sort of purpose. some better editing could have cut out half this movie and at least then it wouldn't have been such a build up to nothing.
"the blood stays on the blade"? lame. and what was the deal with that opening music? absolutely terrible.
