The scenes in the interrogation room where the leads desperately (and unsuccessfully) try to frame one career criminal after another were almost worth it by themselves. A decent performance by Belushi and a downright good one from Shakur and a walk-on famous cast with more random celebrities than you can shake a stick at are what prop up what otherwise ought to be a boring formulaic film.
