Review of Gamera: Guardian of the Universe (1995) by Tim W — 16 Oct 2016

Apparently the Japanese have been making gritty reboots of old kid's movies long before we started. Taking a monster movie, aimed at children and making it much more for a "general", I hate to us the term adult, audience is hard.

Here I think their efforts should be applauded. It turns out to be a fun monster brawl right up there with many of the Godzilla flicks before and after it. Good job.
