This woman came terrifyingly close to the Oval Office... which is a sign of how degenerative our politics have become.
That said, this portrayal of Sarah Palin made me feel sorry for her much as Oliver Stone's "W" made me feel sorry for Bush. Both are tragically inadequate, deeply flawed people pushed into positions of great power and importance by hubris and an irredeemably corrupt system.
