Review of Galaxy Quest (1999) by Ali J — 23 Sep 2011
Take everything you know about the knowledge of the actors from the original Star Trek (without using anything from Star Trek) through conventions and media and make a film about their relationships and the absurdity of their old show and you would have this! Sadly, it may be lost on younger viewers for its nuances thankfully it is, overall a fine film with GREAT actors willing to laugh at themselves a bit.
