Damn I miss Allen rickman. A forever favorite , wonderfully cheesy sci-fi comedy. Good story, good character chemistry and hilarious moments. I adore all the poking fun at plot issues of classic science fi shows and films.
Sam Rockwell is a fantastic secondary character and some of his meltdown moments are my favorite in the film. Regardless of when it was made it has aged well. If you havent seen it ( somehow) already you really should.
A family friendly movie with adult humor peppered throughout.
