The only thing I can say about this movie is that it's existence is pretty unnessacary. It's a total fizzle while its got the looming black cloud of Saw hanging over it.Having a low budget, bad plot and lack of actual creativity doesent help it either.
Theres no suspense, a whiffle of a twist, but there are a few squeamish squelchy moments. But they arent clever or anything, its just a guy getting a sharp stick forced up his arse after his sister is made to smoke his salami.
Its just not that good. Skip it.
