Review of 'G' Men (1935) by Adam A — 11 May 2008
Cagney switches sides....becomes an FBI agent and battles it out with hoods who don't like him so much. Classic Warner pic has all the elements that make this genre so great, and there are even early signs of the lighting style that later defined Film Noir.
Comedy is the introduction which has a FBI agent telling his recruits this is a training film about the early days of the FBI.
