James Cagney lights up the screen in G-Men! Cagney once again portraying a tough guy, this time on the right side of the law. A lawyer turned FBI agent who begins cracking down on the gangsters (roles which he is known for).
Cagney as always is excellent, very inspired by J. Edgar Hoover. G Men features some good performances from the cast as well as some great gangster vs G Men shootouts. I particularly like the scenes when Cagney arrests them, it shows his determination.
I also enjoyed the ending.
