Virus from a comet is unleashed on the world by a diabloical military man. Two scientists clash to unlock the serum. New Horizons favourite Maria Ford makes this worthwhile; she seems to get better with every performance.
Stacy Keach is thrown in the mix and does almost all his scenes alone in a dark room. Looks like his contributions would have taken about an hour of work.
